Returns & Exchanges

At The Pulse Boutique, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit or exchange on all unworn items with tags attached. Please note that all seasonal clearance and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, you will receive an e-gift card for your store credit balance within 3-5 business days.
